  2. LICENSING AGREEMENT

  5. "Truth About Translation" is NOT a public domain program.  It is
  6. copyrighted by Alexander Gross.  This software and accompanying
  7. documentation are protected by United States copyright law and also by
  8. international treaty provisions.
  9.  
  10. Cross-Cultural Research Projects grants you a limited license to use
  11. this software for evaluation and educational purposes.  It is
  12. anticipated that you may wish to make copies for your friends solely
  13. on behalf of these educational goals.  You are also permitted to place
  14. copies of "Truth About Translation" on local or national Bulletin
  15. Boards in the furtherance of these purposes and to make this program
  16. widely available for the use of individuals.

  18. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  19. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  20. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized
  21. use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
  22. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Cross-Cultural
  23. Research Projects.

  25. Each vendor wishing to distribute the package must independently
  26. satisfy the terms of the limited distribution license, as
  27. stipulated in the file VENDINFO.DIZ.

  29. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  30. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  31. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  32. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
  33. the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  34. 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
  35. <company name and address>.

  37. The attached VENDINFO data record is hereby incorporated by reference.
  38. Any distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements ex-
  39. pressed in that data record is hereby authorized.

  41. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Cross-Cultural

  44. Vendors, Distributors, Computer Clubs, User Groups, BBS Sysops, and
  45. persons or organizations charging any kind of fee, wishing to add the
  46. software package to their disk library may do so ONLY in accordance
  47. with the requirements outlined in VENDINFO.DIZ. If VENDINFO.DIZ is
  48. damaged or missing, contact the author.
